(This bill was proposed by the Minister of Foreign affairs Lily-Rose Carney) We can all recognize the World Congress as a fundamental institution to maintain world peace. We have a duty to pay our fair share for the maintenance of this institution. Let the world know that Hutori is a team player and that we recognize the importance of maintaining vital world-wide institutions. Provision; Article 1) The hutorian government shall pledge to give no less than 3% of the budget of the ministry of Foreign Affairs to fund the World Congress, its institutions and its initiatives. |
