MessageMr. Speaker,

Regarding the joint-statement of the government we would like to condemn with our strongest manner some of the actions by the Ministers.

While we do not opposed (1) the implementation of the current ban on armed political activity, we do oppose the rest of the measures being undertaken by the government.

(2) such an investigation should be undertaken by the Ministry of Justice and not the Armed Forces or police force. Hutori is a nation of laws and this targeting of political parties for their views is unacceptable.

(3) again, without a probable cause or a Search Warrant from the MOJ, these actions are again political targeting of a party.

(4) this is again, another blatant violation of basic principles of free political societies.

(5) even the suggestion/mention that the HNF would NOT be allowed to participate in the Democratic process is a shame on Hutori.

We hope that these investigations are followed under the Justice system, independent of the governments targeting. We support a full and open investigation into any political party for breaking the law of the land, but to target a single party is unacceptable behavior.

The words of the chairman of the HNF are not enough justification for these actions. If I today declared the UF was adamant on possession of a UF-controlled nuclear stockpile, would the government search the offices of the UF?

We hope the government listens to our concerns and either withdraws these decisions, or expands them to all parties, including the ones in the government, to ensure no one breaks the law.

Long Live the United Front
Long Live Hutori
Long Live Luthori

MessageMr. Speaker,

The attitude of the Unionist Front concerning the extremely alarming statement form the General Secretary of the HNF is conerning. The leader of the opposition doesn't seem to take the situation seriously.

The General Secretary of the HNF declare that his party had the intention to create their own military force, which is basically an open insurrection and treason. Considering the circumstances, our response was soft.

The comments of the General Secretary of the HNF amply enough to justify these reactions. The comparison with a potential UF-controlled nuclear stockpile is absurd. The UF developing its own nuclear arsenal is impossible, while having the HMF devlop its own millitary force is completly realistic.

When a party publicly declare its intention to disobey the law, it is perfectly reasonable to single out that party to conduct and proper investigation. It is, for a matter of fact, the only reasonable thing to do. The NHF is not being targeted for their political views, their are being targeted because they declared their intention to break the law.

I can guarantee to the leader of the opposition that this investigation will be conducted by independent governmental organisation. The police forces and the Ministry of Justice will collaborate to conduct this investigation, as they always do in the case of any investigation.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I thank the esteemed colleague from the Populist Party of Hutori for his question. Of course, protecting civil liberties is a priority of this government.

I can ensure that this investigation will be handled while maintaining private liberties. The investigation will be made by independent agencies of government far from any political interference, which will only take actions if they found to have tengible evidence that crimes were committed.

In no way will the democratic process or any civil liberties will be endangered.

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself.
