Article 1) Limitations on Abortion
1.1 No doctor or health practitioner shall perform or aid in the performace of an abortion after the first trimester of pregnancy unless;
1.1.1 The continuation of the pregnancy would cause irreparable harm or death to the mother; or
1.1.2 The fetus is deemed to be no longer capable of surviving birth.

Article 2) Funding of Abortion Procedures
2.1 The Government of Hutori shall pay the costs of abortion procedures at any time during the pregnancy so long as it is deemed medically necessary under the same guidelines as outlined under Article 1 of this Act.
