Description[?]:

(This bill was proposed by the Minsiter of National Affairs Kollerova Timofeyevna)
There is no such thing as a truly independent commission. The current system cannot work, how would we know for sure that the commission naming judges is not bias?

What we propose is a complete rethinking of the system. We need to have check and balance between the judicial power and political power. Right now, the judicial power is unchecked and this need to be addressed, we need to give some capacity to the National Senate and the President to oversee the judicial system. We propose the following system:

Provision;
Article 1) The President of the Republic shall have the exclusive power to name all federal judges and magistrates.
Article 2)Any nomination of federal judge or magistrate made by the President of the Republic might be cancel by the National Senate throught a simple majority vote
