| Honourable members of parliament, today marks the end of my tenure as Deputy Prime Minister of the Holy Empire. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve in this role, and I am proud to have been a part of a coalition cabinet that has worked tirelessly to make our country a safer place for all Luthorians. One of my proudest accomplishments during my time in office was the establishment of a national police force, the Luthorian Special Constabulary. This has been a long-standing goal of mine, and I am thrilled that we were finally able to make it a reality. By centralizing and standardizing our police force, we have been able to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the fight against crime. In addition to this, we have also made significant strides in reducing crime rates across the country. This has been achieved through a combination of increased funding for the Home Sec Deparment and a renewed focus on community policing. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my fellow party members of parliament for their support and cooperation during my time in office. I would not have been able to achieve these accomplishments without the dedication and hard work of my colleagues. As I step down from my role as Deputy Prime Minister and Home Secretary, I am confident that the Empire is in good hands. I have every faith that my future successor will continue to build upon the progress we have made and work towards a safer, more prosperous future for our nation. Hail Luthori! The Rt Hon.
