MessageMr. Speaker,

If anything, this bill will harm our capacity to protect endangered animals. Zoological institution can provide a safe refuge for endangered animals while they are not ready to be released into the wild. By banning zoological institution form keeping and protecting these animals we denies ourselves a crucial safety net that can ensure us to better protect our wildlife.
