(This bill was proposeed by the minister of Trade and Industry Tiana Hunter) The acquisition of majority shares of national companies by foreign investors may lead to the outflow of profits and resources from Hutori, which could negatively impact hutorian economy. By preventing foreign investors from acquiring majority shares of national companies, the government can protect national interests and ensure that the resources and profits remain within the country. Also, allowing foreign investors to freely invest in our compagnie may be a danger to our sovereignty. By preventing foreign investors from acquiring majority shares of national companies, we can maintain hutorian controll over key sector of the economy. |
