Mr. Speaker, Smoking is bad, we all know that. But have people stopped doing it through banning it? No! Millions of cigarrettes, cigars, vapes and name it have been crossing the borders illegally. Now even probably being sold to kids. We need to allow people to smoke and through campaigns eradicate the behaviour. So legalise, but regulate.
