| Be it enacted, this Third Legislative Decree is focused solely on the structure of government, following an internal review by the Lord Chancellor and in consultation with His Royal Highness the King. Previously when the Imperial League of Rutania came to power, they reverted to the structure previously used by the Most Noble Order of Stag during their time in government. However, it was quickly acknowledged that the structure was flawed. ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ ๐ข๐ป๐ฒ: ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐๐ต๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ Article One of the Third Legislative Decree establishes the 'Great Officers of State.' These individuals hold the most senior positions in the cabinet, and the decree mandates that following its passage, there shall be six Great Officers of State. ๐๐ช๐๐จ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐: ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ง This subsection designates the Head of Government as the Lord Chancellor in perpetuity, appointed by the King with parliamentary approval. Appointed by the King with the Lord Chancellor's advice, the Lord Warden oversees constitutional and devolution policies, chairs Cabinet committees, implements government business, and manages the Duchy of Murray on behalf of His Royal Highness. ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐จ: ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ Article Two empowers the Lord Chancellor to control the government's structural composition beyond the Great Offices.
