Description[?]:
In order to protect our nation in times of war, invasion, or armed insurrection, the government may require a two-year term of military service of any adult between the ages of 18-35. Students and those not physically or mentally fit will be exempt from the requirement. Both men and women may be required to fulfill this service, at the discretion of the Armed Forces and subject to their requirements. This type of military service can only be required in times of war, and only with the consent of 75% or more of members in the Legislative Assembly. |
