Message | yeah, it's pretty well constructed, but the taxes are much higher than before, but achieve just about the same total revenue. This is done by taxing the rich and middle classes more intensly, which will damage consumption among the latter and investment among the former. The poor will still only be given a small tax cut of 3%, which may not even be worth the effort in most households. |
