Message | The FBP would actually like to see this bill come to pass. Instead of denying women the right to sell their bodies for money they may need, we could offer the alternative in a way that would employ more people, such as this bill. Should the Prostitution Rehabilitation Act not be put to vote by the PAL, then the FBP shall propose it. |

Message | You say the "right to sell their bodies" as if it is something that they wasnt to do! The large majority of prostitutes are driven to it by desperation or drug addiction etc. Eliminating these problems would seriously reduce prostitution. We CAN'T continue to call it a legal industry. To call it this is an insult to those women who are forced into it. |

Message | Then let us remove the factors that force women into prostitution. Let us establish women shelters where they can get a clean bed, a warm meal, counseling, and help finding a job. Women led to prostitution by desperation have already degraded themselves in the eyes of society, and their own eyes. Let us not add more insult and injury to them by making these desperate women criminals. |

Message | Thats just it they have degraded themselves in the eyes of society because they are doing such a horrible thing. We shouldn't justify the practice, we should help them out of it and if this means making it illegal so that prostitution rings collapse so be it. |

Message | By making the act of pimping illegal will make the prostituion rings fall. Make the process of organizing prostitution in groups through a middleman illegal, then send in the police to break every single one. All of the women would be taken to shelters where they can be given a choice; accept help or go back. Most will take the help. Then, if only a few desperate women are still doing it, then the FBP will agree to making the practice illegal. With the penalty of first counseling, then working for the government at a job they can handle. |

Message | The FB make a valid point, most women are perhaps (not all are) forced into prostitution however, the roots of this must be tackled along with the actuality otherwise prostitution will just enter into the blackmarket. |

Message | Yes NMRP - don't make it sound like the FBP came up with that idea and reread this bill. |

Message | Have read it quite thoroughly thanks, I was referring to the fact that this bill will only be put to vote if prostitution becomes criminalised; thus we were stating that this bill should be put to the vote no matter what. |
