| 1. This convocation immediately ceases recognition of the entity known as 'Keymon'. 2. "Keymon" is henceforth to be recognised only as "Western Meria" in all official correspondence and discussion. 3. Members of any so called 'government' of Western Meria are to be considered local authorities within the Greater Likatonian realm. 4. Western Meria shall ensure full access to officials from the Greater Likatonia realm for the purposes of restructuring their military, taxation and civilian control. Any hinderence shall be considered a declaration of war. |

| Message | The DPP can't peacefully co-exist with their own government. The don't co-exist with the LFF. From our understanding, they are pressured to exist with each other. Again we would suggest the DPP would have more pressing matters to attend to than trying to claim a flawed moral high ground in regards to the soveriegnty of Keymon. If not, they soon may. |

| Message | "It is our wish that we could have debated this further, because Keymon is ready to give in to most, but not all, of the demands of Likatonia. To wit: 1. Recognition for Keymon can cease under the proviso of Article 2, which renders Article 1 moot. 2. As our two nations speak different languages, we see no problem with Likatonia using the Likatonian phrase of 'Western Meria' to refer to Keymon. 3. We cannot adhere to Article 3 as it ends our sovereignty, however we could explore a solution involving the Likatonian ambassador. 4. For the duration of our emergency, we can accept Likatonian occupation for the purposes stated in Article 4.
