| Exotic animals are those which are not common in our Empire. While not all of them are dangerous for our beloved citizens, they may be dangerous to our national fauna , flora and animals. They can be able to change the natural balance of ecology here. Therefore it will be advisable to restrict this. How often do people set out animals as soon as they get bored or go on vacation. Old value:: Everyone may keep exotic animals, but the trade in exotic animals is regulated by the government.
Current: Local governments decide about this.

| Message | Anything which harms Selucia's ecosystem will ultimately harm its people as well, SotH. However, seeing as though ownership & trade in exotic animals is already regulated by the government, we do not think this bill is truly necessary. Regulation should ensure that only approved persons, who are unlikely to release such creatures into the wild, are entitled to own them. |
