MessageWhile the IPC is glad for the shakeup, we won't be voting yes on this, for obvious reasons.

It's worth noting that the IPC no longer feels that a cabinet led by the IFP would be dangerous for civil liberties. However, the IPC is generally concerned by the approach of the parties in this cabinet proposal toward economic freedoms. The right to property needs certain checks in a free society, it is true, but the IPC feels that many of the parties in this proposal go too far in checking the market, in a way that may end up counterproductively harming the welfare of those it is meant to help.

Voting will likely be reset after the elections, at which point we will know more regarding its likelihood (or lack of likelihood) of passage.

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar).

Random quote: "Abolition of a woman's right to abortion, when and if she wants it, amounts to compulsory maternity: a form of rape by the State." - Edward Abbey
