NOTE: Some of the articles in this bill were implemented during its debate phase, and have been removed. The LCP calls for all industry and property to be immediately seized by the State, with reimbursements of any amount paid to former industry and property owners at the discretion of the judicial system. In order to implement this several government policies will be rendered moot and must also be changed: * The health system is to be regarded as an industry and will become state property; * Advertising will only be required by the state. |
