A proposal to allow for the research and development of clean fuels such as solar, wind, ethanal, and hydrogen to reduce the energy dependence of Beluzia and Bailon in the future. By funding this proposal you'd also be funding the economic prosperity of our nation through the jobs creation in the private sector. Of course the nation's environment would prosper from the proposed initiative as well. |

Message | this bill changes nothing for two reasons: #1 it contains no proposed legal changes #2 The legal policy of this country already covers this: *Renewable energy sources (eg. solar power, wind power) : Currently: Government subsidies are provided for research and generation of energy through renewable sources *The government's policy concerning private cars. : Currently: Only cars using environmentally friendly fuels are allowed. |
