| As the first didn't passed we suggest a little modified version. The death penalty should be in the form of crucifixion and the Imperator only can change this into something different. |

| Message | The VBS should really read more books. Neither did the VBS understand the first proposal nor does the VBS understand anything about crucifixion exept out of some movies with really bad sources. The cruellest death is still the gas chamber and a mixed cocktail of chemicals which permanently have major errors in its working procedre. It is really neccessary VBS senatores have at least a minimum of understanding how crucifixion works before to blame it "cruellest". But it seems the VBS has not a clue of idea. |
