| Realizing that it is a human right to own arms to defend oneself, the Party of the Beluzian People believes that this legislature must develop a fair and balanced set of rules for gun ownership; while criminal and illegal purposes must be taken into account, we must find the best medium between full gun ownership, and gun control. |
