Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2270
Description[?]:
We propose that charter schools must be non-profit and have a specific focus. They must also let their teachers be members of trade unions, and allow for collective bargaining. Annual reviews will be held of charter schools every year, and it will be up to the local school board to decide on the school's future, unless there is gross negligence, on behalf of school officials. |
