Date | 22:49:25, August 21, 2006 CET | From | Nihilist Fascist Collegiality | To | Debating the LSE Program for a Free New Endralon (Economy) |
Message | Again, a step in the right direction, but I would much rather have significantly more state involvement and control. |
Date | 21:34:56, August 22, 2006 CET | From | Zetland Party | To | Debating the LSE Program for a Free New Endralon (Economy) |
Message | A lot of this is good stuff, and the Zetland Party strongly agrees with points 1,2,3,9,10,16,17 However, we disagree with 11 and 12. Altho it is important to have some government funded radio and television channels, we believe that there should also be radio stations which owe no affiliation to the government, in the interest of unbiased news. 14... The Zetland Party understands the importance of animal testing in medical research, but believes that ideally there should be no testing on animals. For now, however, this seems to control this morally unsound practise, and prevent misuse, while at the same time allowing the boundaries of medical science to be pushed back and improved upon |
Date | 01:58:52, August 23, 2006 CET | From | Libertarian Socialists of Endralon | To | Debating the LSE Program for a Free New Endralon (Economy) |
Message | The fact that they're receiving subsidies shouldn't necessarily do any harm to the independence of our TV and radio stations. |

Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek |
