Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| "Following the departure of the Keymon Social Democrats the Assembly totals at 102 Deputies meaning that for a cabinet to pass it needs 51 seats. This proposed coalition totals at 56 and is intended as a provisional coalition until the next elections in two years by giving the seats vacated by the Social Democrats to the Keymon Ruling Party.
