| We, the Valruzian Zapatista Front, propose an agreement between the Valzruzian Zapatista Front, the Vitalian Alliance and the Federal Progressive Party. i. The current situation means the government of Valruzia features members of each party. The proposition; i. Each party features every other Leftist Coalition member in any cabinet proposal they may make. ii. When it comes to proposing cabinet, it need not be the largest party of the 3 at the time in Parliament, any party may take it upon themselves to propose a cabinet coalition. iii. Each time a new cabinet is proposed, the seats and positions within are directly proportional to the number of seats in the Valruzian Parliament. iv. If a party falls from being the largest of the 3, they must support being removed from any seats of power and having their presence in the cabinet reduced, as it corresponds to their number of seats. v. Never shall a member of the Leftist Coalition be left out of a cabinet proposal made by another member of the Leftist Coalition. vi. The offices of President and Premier shall be occupied by different members of the VLC if a VLC cabinet succeeds. If passed the above articles would become binding for all members of the Valruzian Leftist Coalition. This agreement will become defunct if; i. Any member of the VLC goes inactive ii. Any member of the VLC proposes and passes a bill overturning all regulations contained in this agreement. The overturning bill must include a link to this bill for it to effectively overturn this agreement. This bill will become active if all 3 VLC members vote in favour of its passage. |
