This bill will ban the use of private vehicles in any population center of greater then 70,000 in the nation over the next 10 yrs. As a method of reducing the need for these vehicles this bill will 1) increase the level of rail and other forms of public transportation available in the nation within these communities and the surrounding communities. 2) Aid in the creation of specialized rental services to meet the need of transporting goods and individuals in areas not reached through the public system. |

Current: Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels.
