MessageThis seems to be a complete non issue. I don’t see how the government can stop people erecting barriers and gates. As long as they are on private property and conform to regulations.

Messagea gated community is a bunch of houses surrounded by security fences. So this is not private property we're talking about but an entire small town if you wish that will be garded and enclosed...

MessageWhat a strange law. Essentially, this would be a law affirming (as the Rihannsu Party has stated) what is already allowed by default. We would prefer that the law be totally silent as to this issue, since it seems unnecessarily authoritarian to even legislate on the topic. However, since it is built into the structure of the system, I suppose we would support the most liberal option.

MessageIs there a "The government has better things to legislate" option?

I guess we will support this, thought it seems completely asinine.

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that.

Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe
