The purpose of this bill is to ensure the safety of the Nations Citizens by limiting the type of weapons available to be purchased, the way said weapons are obtained and carried, and the over approach to Firearms ownership by private persons in general. |

Old value:: Any legal weapon may be concealed when carried.
Current: Local governments may set and enforce concealed carry laws.
Proposed: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.

Old value:: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Current: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.

Old value:: Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner.

Message | Very simple indeed: the point is that police forces need to have more firepower than those shooting at them, if necessary, for the weapon regulation system is not foolproof, and a very determined person can merely ignore the law and get a weapon if he or she really wills to. Thus our demand. |
