Let me, again, ennumerate the values of the Giant Otter. They are friendly, playful, highly intelligent, non-aggressive, strong, good swimmers, and dangerous if attacked. Giant otters form cohesive family groups that care for their young and are models of gender equality, and these groups do not fight each other. They are also indigenous to Likatonia, seeing as we are a semi-tropical nation. Lastly, that is an evil-looking flag and presents the entirely wrong image to the rest of the world. |

| Message | It's true about our flag. I don't support it particularly either. I'm with the LPE though. I'll make a counter-proposal. However, your point about otters is false. There were several proposals to change them, none of which went through. I convinced both new and old members that otters were still a good course. They have withstood objection. One last thing, I retract the statement about otters reflecting gender equality. It was hyperbole and I do not know that for sure. The other things I said were quite true though. (OOC: Can anyone find any of those bills? I know they existed, but I'm not sure if any were brought to vote; I couldn't find record of it in the legislative history.) |

| Message | I designed this flag myself. The eagle is from the Prussian flag. The Prussian Kingdom, while still a kingdom, was one of the most open. That eagle has much less blood on its hands than the Tricolor or Union Jack. |

| Message | The eagle has plenty of blood on its "wings". The dark colours tend to symbolised more right-wing and fascist nations. Blue, white and other soft colours indicate a centrist nation. They are ones of peace. White is a default colour, bridging differences, however, with black, it shows too much of a division. |
