Bill: Expanding The Conflict - Creating New Cities
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2315
Description[?]:
We only have one at the moment so let's build up our quota. I'm thinking we put mainly Pontesi sounding ones in Endild and Tadraki and Hebrew sounding ones in the other places. But we sprinkle one or two of the others in each bit, sort of like settlements. This will give us more of a geographic conflict to work on and also mean that there can be the whole issue of where the capital city should be and either side can fight to keep it in their sector. Hell we could even put one on the border between Tadraki and Fruskila and say it's our Jerusalem. I'll get on thinking of some tomorrow although I susepct the Pontesi ones will largely been down to, well... the Pontesi. -------------------------------------------------------------- Putting this to a vote as it is, the Pontesians can decide whether they want to Jewcastle or Kahina Point in later bills. Padrilka: Gan Kofin Tel Peel Beth Haccherem Kiryas Ya’akov Fruskila: Birahteynu Har Har Shanee L’Tzion Srtahydwas Endlid: Kahina Point Hrnékstad Amzajeztad Prsakijsrljikns Tadraki: Jewcastle Srnkzishmbfluz Torzeki Strhosí Nrkté Trk Quo'gün: Jeztritaghe Gush Gadid Shaar HaNegev Trachimbrod |

Message | JPF got the cities decided on the old bill added which I'm fine with (although Jewcastle is pretty silly) so I think we should divide out the Pnték ones thusly: * 3 in Tadraki * 2 in Endlid * 1 in Quo'gün * 1 in Padrilka * 1 in Fruskila Which means we need the following Jewish cities: * 1 in Fruskila * 1 in Padrilka * 1 in Quo'gün Is everyone alright with this? |

Message | Woops I meant 3 in Quo'gün for the Jewish cities needed. |

Message | I would have said that the Pontesians should have their cities in the two territories concerned as the Pntékai don't claim the other three territories. The cities can always be moved around. It's not as bad as the other two mods make out :P |

Message | Ok then, I just thought there could be Pontesians living in the other bits as minorities, but we can change it. |

Message | Well, fair enough. I guess in 150 years there would have been some motion. Make it 3 in Tadraki and Endild, and one in Quo'gun and Fruskila as they share borders. |

Message | Ok that's cool, we'll move Shaynee L'Tzion to Fruskila which means we need two Jewish city for Padrilka and three for Quo'gun. |

Message | How do people feel about this: Padrilka: Gan Kofin Tel Peel Beth Haccherem Kiryas Ya’akov Fruskila: Birahteynu Har Har Shanee L’Tzion Srtahydwas Endlid: Kahina Point Hrnékstad Amzajeztad Prsakijsrljikns Tadraki: Jewcastle Srnkzishmbfluz Torzeki Strhosí Nrkté Trk Quo'gün: Jeztritaghe Gush Gadid Shaar HaNegev Trachimbrod Of course many of the names probably make no sense and the last one in Quo'gün is a bit of a joke, we can change that if you want. |

Message | Members of the assembled Parliament, After your acceptance of Pontesian Sovereignty over the region of Gran Tadraki, it is the will of the Government of the Commonwealth to change the names of the cities under Pontesian jurisdiction accordingly. We would like to rename Jewcastle to Loxley and add a Anglican/Catholic city name in Endlid to be decided by the August Parliament. Regards, Hugh Cameron Commonwealth Foreign Secretary |

Message | Ha, We didnt even get the old ones built first! Oh well that seems cool anyway and in keeping with the RP. I assume you'll be changing Kahina Point then, think of a new name and we can get this all implemented. |

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed). |
Random quote: "Soldiers are not the enemies of the movement. They're potential allies. They're more than that. Soldiers are the only people in America who are paying a stiff price for this war. Everybody else profits. Soldiers are the ones losing their lives, losing friends, having their lives disrupted. The real victims of American imperialism are its soldiers." - Fred Gardner |
