| Any Person who causes grievous property or bodily damage through the usage of a motorized vehicle shall have all driving rights suspended for no more than 6 months. Any Person who does so more than three times shall have his driving rights suspended for no more than 3 years and must complete a comprehensive driving safety course. Any Person who causes the death or permanent disability of any other Person through the use of a motor vehicle shall have his driving rights suspended indefinitely until such time as a local Appeals Court agrees to renew such rights. |
