Message | And risk them getting lose? Tent's are not very well secure for holding dangerous criminals, which are the ones who would be convicted of capital crimes. |

Message | No one time murderers should not be killed. I think captal punishment is to harsh for these crimes and people should be executed for the the reasons we have at present. If the crime is particularly horrendous then the crime can be squeezed through as "crimes against mankind" because of that phrases ambiguous meaning. |

Message | Well, clearly the more extreme offenders , like political criminals and thinkers of sedition, are already covered as crimes against mankind, but we the good folks at military R&D need more fresh meat! If you think about it, any bad person qualifies for such punishment. It is, after all, a capital idea! |

Message | While Labor supports tougher prison sentences for criminals, Labor is strongly opposed to the death penalty. |

Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe |
