Bill: Co-operation for Sport Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: People's Progressive Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2080

Description[?]:

This bill will allow government to fund sports clubs whilst allowing private sports clubs to function. We recognise that, although they may conflict in some areas, private sports companies and government can go hand in hand to create a healthier, sportier Darnussia.

MessageSee what you think, this is a compromise between the bill to only have state run sports clubs, which could be excessively costly, and just private clubs, which we have at the moment. Surely business and government dont need to compete or monopolise this, and can work together in sports?

MessageA comprimise that might have been reached during the debate of the bill, I proposed, however, if the sport club is free, or extremely cheap and everyone and anyone can become a member, with good quaility facilities, then I guess it is ok

MessageBecause the clubs will be supported side by side by government, then the clubs will be very cheap.
