MessageThis is about the very nature of power. Power rests first and foremost with the people, who then have tranferred it to municpal authorities, they are inturn regulated by states, who are in turn regulated by the naitonal government. For far to long, the national government of this nation has taken it apon itself to stick it's bulbous nose into business that can and should be hadneled at the local level. There is no logical reason that local governments can't handle any of these issues.
