After the defeat of our complete removal of tobacco, as promised, we propose a version that is not as strict as the original. Article One: In order to protect those who wish to breathe clean air, and not increae risk of cancer, yes still allow some personal choice, we propose this article. Article Two: The restrictions in this bill are as follows. 1) All Tobacco sold must have a label warning the consumer that the product may cause cancer and other deadly diseases. 2) Any business that sells tobacco must have free pamphlets on hand to hand out, detailing the risks of ingesting any tobacco. 3) All tobacco products must list all ingrediants used in the product. This includes all chemicals. 4) All tobacco products must list the site on which they are manufactured, and provide an address, and detail the condition in which the tobacco was kept prior to packaging. Any company that violates this law may face criminal prosecution. |
