| We really ought to have a capital city, and after the last two bills were defeated, we ought to definatly discuss it's name - and location. Personally, I'd like to place the Capital in the province of Parlos Decina, and use that province's capital as our own, as well. But seeing as my viewpoint, once expressed, becomes the minority, I'd better ask what you people think. |
