An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the Sekoku (Seko). The subject of the opinion poll was Remuneration of ministers of religion. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 12.25% | The salaries and pensions of ministers of religions shall be regulated by the law, but shall be borne by the religious communities themselves. |
| 8.74% | The remuneration of ministers of religion shall be left up to the local governments. |
| 14.66% | The state does not intervene in the remuneration of ministers of religion. |
| 33.39% | Ministers of religion shall receive no remuneration whatsoever. |
