Description[?]:
The Noocratic Movement is a political orginazation with no foreseeable ambition other than raising awareness of our philosophy. Nous is a state of being or inteliigence, but it can also mean the general public or us. Our party accepts both ideas. In life there are always the smart and the general public and who shall lead and who shall follow you ask? Well the aristocracy not of wealth, family, friends or age but the aristocracy of the wise. The Noocrats will be Imperial-Seers while the Proles will be the general public. Both are equally vital to our society, for after all what is man with brain or hand? Going inactive for 7 weeks! |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
