Description[?]:
"I am for Socialism because I am for humanity". -Eugene V Debs OUR VIEWS: LIBERALISM: We are quite liberal on social issues. We favor an open border, an open refuge policy, and the right to privacy. We oppose conservative attemps to impose their pseudomorality on others. DEMOCRACY: We believe in government "of the people, by the people, and for the people". We are liberal on civil rights issues. We oppose any form of dictatorship, wether capitalist, fascist, or "communist". We will fight to protect the democratic rights and civil liberties of the people. SOCALISM: We support a heavily regulated economy, and greater rights for the workers. We support more nationalized industry, and a national healthcare system. We support greater government involvement in the economy in order to stem the chaos of the free market. We favor a pension plan to support the elderly, and we support expanding welfare. Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
