The Statist Party Platform Main Points That we demand a supervised election with a fair vote count and proportional representation as well as a secret ballot system to ensure a fully free election. That the taxes upon the rich should be proportionally higher according to their income with their taxes being used to help the working class. That we pledge our support for fair pensions to ex-soldiers and all ex-government employees. That we favor a constitutional provision limiting the office of President and Vice-President to three consecutive terms That we support the separation of the state and church and the creation of a fully secular state. That we support toughening ethics laws and employment agreements, to reduce corruption and fraud within the government. That we favor a mild environment protection program with a clear goal of replacing aging power stations with new Nuclear power stations. That we do support benefits for all people of the working class to help them achieve a good standard of living. That we support the abolition of all faith schools within the nation. That we support the legalization of "soft" drugs to regulate their consumption and sap profit away from the drug dealers so that it may be used to help the people. That we support a strong military whose sole purpose is to defend the nation and it's allies from aggression. That we support a limited involvement of our nation in foreign politics. That we support a regulated right to bear arms. |
