Pirate Party is a democratic political movement that arises from different citizen assemblies throughout Egelion. The Pirate Party supports the defense of civil and social rights, direct democracy with the model of liquid democracy and citizen participation, reforms to copyright and patent laws, free access to knowledge (open content), common use goods, information privacy, net neutrality and the protection and promotion of the Internet, with equal access to it, including in rural areas.
