Description[?]:
The Movement for Utopia is a very large, environmentally stunning party, remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate, cynical voter population of 111 million are leaded with love and care by the democratic government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives voters are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the partygenuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet. It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent partystops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing ideologies of Social Welfare, the Environment, and Religion & Spirituality. The average ideal income tax rate is 53%, and even higher for the wealthy. Its other ideas are: The people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth, the government has begun breaking all large businesses into thousands of mom-and-pop general stores, the wearing and manufacture of fur apparel is banned, and it is illegal for police officers to carry out searches due to strict privacy laws. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
