Currently enjoying our largest Assembly presence with nearly 13% of the vote and 13 seats, the SLP believes that the government should serve the people; not the other way round. Two and a half million people believe in us, and we hope you do too. Our 9 point agenda and goals for the next session: 1) The reintroduction of the Police Weaponry Reform Act 2) The reintroduction of the Adoption Reform Act 3) The reintroduction of the Religious Schools Prohibition Act 4) The increase of the size of the Assembly to a minimum of 200 seats. 5) The cementing of our Assembly presence as a base for the future growth of the party. 6) The outlawing of nuclear weaponry. 7) The outlawing of private defence industries. 8) The return of responsibility for food regulation to the national government. 9) A cap on the level of compensation awarded to patients in cases against healthcare institutions. |
