Description[?]:
Take the jackboot off my neck or you'll lose your leg - Jonas Blachman, Co-Convener of Independent Communist Resistance The Free Resistance was founded in October 2152 at a secret conference in Population Centre No.4 bringing together Radical Democrats, Socialists, Anarchists, Peasant Leaders, Anti-Slavery Activists, Dissident Priests and members of Deltaria's underground Trade Union movement as well as many communists disgusted by the Deltarsk Kommunistiske Parti's collaborationism. The secret conference agreed on minimum political and social objectives and elected two co-conveners:- Jonas Blachman, box factory worker and former general-secretary of the Deltarsk Independent Communist Party and Hyacinth Mildewel, an escaped slave and Anarcho-Feminist Activist. At the second secret conference held in February 2155 the party voted overwhelming to change it's name to Independent Communist Resistance leading to a split in which the liberal/reformist right of the party left. The Independent Communist Resistance is pledged to end Dictatorship in Deltaria by any means necessary including sabotage, guerilla activity and workers direct action. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people and neither do we." - George W. Bush |
