The rights of the people are directly stated and cannot be taken away from the people and are allowed to be altered in some sense if required and all peoples. The government shall consist of basic devised areas a leader and a government to have the same power of the leader. The leaders job is to basically enforce the law of the land. The governments job is to protect the rights of the people and create laws. The courts laws is to interpret the laws. The people have the right to abolish or alter the government if not totally satisfied. |
