Description[?]:
The SDP works for fairness for all, aiming to balance freedom with the responsibility not to abuse that freedom. The SDP believes that honesty in trade should come before so-called free-market ideals, and that long-term environmental concerns are more important than short term profits. The SDP's ultimate goal is to ensure that people are rewarded according to their hard work and contribution to society; the SDP believes that a profit-driven market economy cannot provide sufficient fairness and prioritises competition over co-operation, and strives for a more constructive alternative in which individuals are given greater freedom to contribute to the community without suffering unjust and arbitrary financial penalties at the convenience of the markets. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
