The Social Congress has been set up to address the social issues at the grassroots in Cobura. The Congress supports the extension of civil liberties in accordance with the harm principle. The Congress is in favour of severe gun control and abortion, as well as an accountable police force. The Congress is supportive of Social and Economic Equality. The Congress thus supports Women's and gay rights. The Congress is supportive of the Separation of Church and State, but also supportive of attempts to foster and protect Communitarian Spirit across Corbura. The Congress is in favour of transparent and accountable public services at a local, regional and national level.
