Looking to create a new era in Lodamun, this new and burgeoning party came onto the political scene in May 3713. Conceptualized as highly left-wing and libertarian by its founders, the Social Libermuns look to bolster life expectancy, education levels, and incomes. Social Libermuns wishes to improve the amount of opportunity within the the country under the hopes that this will become conducive to economic growth in the Republic. The party also stands by the ideals of making sure every citizen has their basic human needs met, along with equal access to healthcare and creating a stable more equal environment for all of those who are enclosed in Lodamun's borders. -x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x- The Social Libermuns Party changed their Party name in August 3746 due to frequent accusations of flopping around to Free Independent Social Humanitarians. The name was changed back in October 3750. -x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x- In June 3765, Rowan Argall, the SLP's first President of import, announced his retirement. He has stepped down in favour of Jeffrey Alan Grant, the son of our bright Foreign Affairs minister, Godfrey Grant. |
