Description[?]:
= Background = This Party was founded in August 3886 as the Radical Royalist Movement. Dismayed at the success of republican parties in the December 3885 legislative elections a number of royalists came together to develop a new strategy to ensure that progressive and leftist politics was captured for the defence of the Hutori Royal Family. Although intrinsically loyal to the Royal Family and the Hutori Constitution, this party recognises that the Royal Family must embody the values of all communities in Hutori. As such those of the left must be persuaded of the benefits of the Royal Family to protecting the disadvantaged and the needy. The politically neutral Royal Family are the best means to protect the population from overbearing politicians, big business and communists. Therefore this party seeks to provide representation for the many in support of the Hutori Royal Family and our important shared traditions and history in order to build a better balanced society for all. In January 3887 the Party was renamed the Hutori National Party. The Party has focused its electoral strategy on gaining support from former Conservative People's Party voters following that parties collapse in 3882. The Party has also made strong efforts to capture working class typically leftist voters with its demands for nationalisation of important industries and public services along with a robust immigration policy. The Party is also aiming to capture a religious base with its support for creating an established church. == Factions == There are three principle factions within the party. Policies are usually endorsed by one of the factions, although all are united in their Royalism. Nationalists - The largest faction, typically populist with regards to economics and welfare although there is a free market wing. The nationalists are split between social liberals and conservatives. Given the diverse range of opinions, the faction is united by its isolationist policies, in particular its hostility to immigration. Labour - Dedicated to preserving Hutori's welfare system and free health service, the faction also supports the expansion of the role of the state in industry and pro-Trade Union reforms. The party supports a hardline on immigration, although is split on social policy. Hosians - Deemed the "religious right", this faction is socially conservative, although with mixed views on economics and immigration. This group dominates in Adelia Province, although is poorly represented in the national leadership. == Leaders == Aug 3886 - Jan 3890 - Maj.
