| NOTE: The National Congress has held a major meeting with all the well-wishers of the nation who want that the minorities, needy and oppressed of the nation live with freedom. We thus have temporarily formed the INTERIM NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS. This INDC will be headed by the National Congress party and will not rest till the nation rises from the centuries' of ignorance propagated by the Whig Party and the noveaux conservatives such as the DCP, PZP and the DBSM. The executive body of the Presidium is the Party Secretariat, which is headed by the General Secretary and consists of 10 National secretaries and 5 Regional Secretaries. At the Regional level, every region has a Regional Chairman, Regional Secretary and a General Deputy, who heads a Regional Directorate. The Party convenes Regional Congress' every 3 months and it convenes all Regional Congress' for a NATIONAL CONGRESS every 6 months.
