recent decades, the party has adopted a centrist economic and more socially progressive and social democratic agenda, with the voter base having shifted considerably. Today, Democrats advocate more social freedoms, affirmative action, balanced budget, and a free enterprise system tempered by government intervention (mixed economy). The economic policy adopted by the modern Democratic Party, including the former Roland's administration, may also be referred to as the "Third Way". Supporting disadvantaged families and street children, etc. problem-solving. 4. Provide accessible information on government support for families, support in crisis situations, advice of child protection issues. 2.2. Tasks 1. It is necessary to ensure the availability of a comprehensive population and understandable information about the child and family affairs of state, local aid available, young people and children free of interest for education and leisure opportunities, as well as adoption issues, sex and a healthy lifestyle. 2. Next to children, family and people with disabilities in the development of an enabling environment - an environment that is favorable to the child's successful development, growth and learning process in which children are protected from violence, from the addictive substances, and games. 3. Increase of social services and social assistance effectiveness in children and families, as well as children's rights protection. 6. Promote the adoption process as well as a children's home leavers and people with special needs in society. 8. Supporting disadvantaged families purchase teaching materials. 9. Take an effective child and youth protection from violent, the violence induction, pornographic scenes, games and Internet material. 10. Providing free rehabilitation for victims of violence, datoratkarīgajiem and children with drugs, toxic or other intoxicating substance dependence. 11. Provide specialist doctors and medical examinations of the availability of the country. 8. Upgrade the hospital, to ensure speedy and quality treatment. 9. Improve the patient and the doctor of legal relations. 3.2. Tasks 3.2.1. Medicine and Rehabilitation 1. Expand the availability of outpatient medical services in cities and regions. 2. Promote hospital services available to older people. 3. Increase primary health care centers of the country. 4. Build a strong and modern regional hospitals. 5. Increase ambulance crews numbers. 6. To promote home care services are established to ensure the quality and effectiveness of postoperative patients, children, elderly, disabled people's care homes. 7. Develop rehabilitation services for the regions, helping people quickly rebuild its forces and return to work. 8. Ensure effective quality control of treatments in health care facilities. 9.
