| The Communist Party is a revolutionary party consensive with the communist principles, our goal is to achieve a society made for all and that cares for each and everyone. The Communist Party is the workers party, organized in collective form to change the opressive nature of capitalist society. Our proposals are as follow: -Creation of a Socialist state for a future Communist society. -A planned economy based on a centralization and avaliation of its structure and changes to be made in it in order to achieve efficiency. -A free society where everyone express their opinions and where the media goal is information not manipulation, opinions can be expressed but in order to free the minds of people not to enslave them. -Education is the central pilar of government politics and also our greatest investement in the avaible budget, Culture and Science as areas of that Education are part of special proposals. -Culture is free for all and subsidized by the governed. The Culture as a part of Education should be a mean to develop a critic behaviour as well as the sensiblity to free ones mind, it is strictly prohibited the instrumentalization of Culture to the propagation of racist, fascist or any form of ideological opression since it does not go in accordance with the government prerogation of freedom for each and all. This cases need to be studied because theres various ways of interpretation of ones work and the objective of it can be of critic or support to those ideas, and it can be harmful for people with lack of those critic tools. So in general theres a need to study the impact of ones creation and support the critic of those harmful ideias or interpretations. Theres entities to supervise the aplication of those subsides and cease them if it is proved they are not beeing aplicated in the context to which they were given, in other words in culture it self -Science is very import too, without it or the needed funds we cannot develop in a materialistic sense, we support the researchers and the creation of centers for their research as well as the free participation in the existing strucutres, areas or elements of society. They are subsidized by the government. Theres entities to supervise the aplication of those subsides and cease them if it is proved they are not beeing aplicated in the context to which they were given, in other words in Science it self -Agriculture is object of central planification like the rest of economy, the farmers organize themselfs with others and with industries associated with the agriculture pratice. The government helps in that organization to achieve efficiency by means of expropiation of territories owned by people as propriety and not as mean of production which they are, hence their need to be part of society as a whole. -Industry is owned and controlled by the central government, there is a ministry to help the inter-connections of the various industries so they can cooperate to develop better and more advanced techniques of production, this is also applicable to cientific research since there must be the avaibability to be part of that industry as a consultant or investigator. Education is transversal and this is specialy true in Industry. -The punative system or justice should be progressively reabilitating instead of punitive, we do not support crime or any form of violence either phisic or psicological, and when this last turns ideological we as the justice of the people must act to restablish justice. Violence is our last resort but we cannot fight violent people by peaceful means, we inflict them what as been inflicted upon others in order for them to learn from their lack of self-critic. This is hard to achieve thats why it should be progressive. -Health is state runned and free for all. This is our program so far. more needs to be added. |
